Key Responsibilities
•    Handle melting, pouring, casting, and heat treatment processes
•    Perform metallurgical testing – chemical, mechanical & microstructure analysis
•    Conduct failure analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation
•    Monitor spectrometer results, hardness testing, tensile testing (UTM)
•    Analyse microstructure using metallurgical microscope
•    Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF / customer quality standards
•    Drive process improvement, rejection reduction, and cost optimization
•    Support New Product Development (NPD), PPAP, trial runs
•    Maintain inspection reports, heat records, test certificates, documentation
•    Coordinate with production, QA, R&D, and customer teams

Qualification
•    B.E. / B.Tech in Metallurgy / Materials Engineering
Experience
•    3 to 5 Years in Foundry / Casting / Automotive Manufacturing (Salary - ₹5.0 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA)
Preferred Candidate Profile
•    Experience in automotive casting / machining components
•    Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
•    Good knowledge of heat treatment & metallurgical testing
•    Ability to handle customer quality requirements & audits
