Job Title: Supplier Quality Incharge
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Incharge to lead our supplier quality assurance efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supplier quality management systems
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Manage supplier corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier quality meets production requirements
- Develop and maintain supplier quality documentation, including scorecards and reports
- Identify and mitigate supplier quality risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in supplier quality, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
