A Foundry Quality Control Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products in a foundry setting.


Their primary responsibilities include:


> Quality Assurance and Control:

Developing and implementing quality control plans, inspecting materials and products, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as AS9100 and NADCAP

> Process Monitoring and Analysis:

Monitoring key process parameters, analyzing quality performance data, and identifying areas for improvement . Corrective Actions and Improvements: Investigating non-conformances, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives .

Preparing and maintaining quality -

Related documentation, generating reports on quality performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements . Collaboration and Communication: Working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction


To be eligible for this role, you typically need:


Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, / DME

Experience: 0 - 1 Years / Freshers Also Can Applyed

Skills:

Excellent analytical skills, prior laboratory experience, and good knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations .
